LIMA, Ohio -- A deputy prison warden who was discharged over three misdemeanor offenses will not be allowed to have his job back.
Allen County Common Pleas Judge Jeffrey Reed ruled that the administrative law judge and state personnel board of review acted properly and followed the law when they released David Turner from his post at the Allen Correctional Institute four years ago.
Mr. Turner was charged with falsification, misuse, and preferential treatment of inmates.
Mr. Allen returned to court earlier this month to argue for re-instatement.
