Two Toledo women were injured early yesterday when their car was struck broadside by a sport utility vehicle as they were pulling out of a West Toledo bar, police said.
Vensellada Segura, 28, of 1522 North Erie St., who was driving, and Mary Garcia, 30, of 308 Jervis St., a passenger, were listed in serious condition last night in Toledo Hospital.
Ms. Segura was turning east onto Alexis Road from the Prime Time bar at about 2:40 a.m. when her car was hit by the westbound SUV, police said.
The SUV driver, Charles Enslow, of 10013 Crabb Rd., Temperance, and his passenger, Charles Burroughs, 20, of 2830 Eldora, were treated in Toledo Hospital.
The accident remains under investigation.
