Danish Oat Cookies

2 cups quick oats

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup butter (2 sticks)

1 cup flour

Blend ingredients well. Form into small balls. Press down with fingers lightly. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out when the tiniest suspicion of browning shows at the edges. Remove very carefully from the sheet.

Yield: 3 dozen cookies
