West Toledo library reopens

John Nagy, 4, puzzles over a puzzle in the new children's section of the West Toledo branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library. The 71-year-old library, at 1320 West Sylvania Ave., reopened yesterday after being closed seven weeks for a $1.1 million addition and remodeling project. A reopening celebration is slated for 10 a.m. Jan. 12.
