eMobileTek names president

Tamara Norris has joined eMobileTek, Maumee, a computer training provider, as president.

Decker Homes has been named Builder of the Year, Millstream Development Co. Developer of the Year, and Dunright Construction Co. Remodeler of the Year in competition for members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Toledo.
