Man in fatal Wauseon fire to be sentenced Tuesday

WAUSEON — A man accused of starting a fire that killed two people will be sentenced Tuesday in Fulton County's Western District Court.

Frank Molina pleaded guilty to inducing panic in the June 28 fire that killed Glen Rice, 81, and Cin|dra Weber, 45. Charges of criminal damaging and disorderly conduct/disorderly intoxication were dismissed.

The fire that caused more than a dozen people to flee, was started while Mr. Molina was cooking, police said. He will be sentenced by Judge James Hensal.
