Authorities identify victims in Hardin County collision

ADA, Ohio — One woman who was killed and a girl who was injured in a Thursday evening crash have been identified by the Ohio Highway Patrol.

Cindy D. Bair, 40, of Bell Center, Ohio, was killed in a 6:40 p.m. crash in Hardin County. A passenger in her vehicle, Ericka K. Johnson, 17, of East Liberty, Ohio, was listed in serious condition yesterday at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

According to the Findlay post of the Ohio Highway Patrol, a vehicle driven by Kathy Lansing, 27, of Ada, Ohio, was eastbound on County Road 60 when Ms. Bair, who was traveling north on County Road 35, failed to yield the right of way and was struck broadside. Ms. Lansing was listed in fair condition at Lima Memorial Hospital.
