A Toledo nonprofit organization has been awarded a $125,000 federal grant to develop educational programs dealing with fetal alcohol syndrome.
Double ARC will use the money to provide parents and teachers with information to help children with fetal alcohol syndrome. The organization was founded in 1992 by the Sisters of Notre Dame.
