Toledo city offices and the city offices of Perrysburg, Rossford, and Sylvania will be closed Wednesday in celebration of the New Year. Northwood and Oregon city offices will close all of Tuesday and Wednesday, but the Oregon Municipal Court will be open Tuesday.
Maumee and Ottawa Hills administrative offices will close from noon Tuesday through Wednesday.
Most Lucas County offices will close at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday and remain closed through Wednesday. Auto title offices will be closed from noon Tuesday through Wednesday.
Federal and state offices will be closed Wednesday only.

All banks, financial institutions, and banking centers will be closed Wednesday.
On Tuesday, Fifth Third banking centers will close at 5 p.m., and most of its bank marts in Kroger stores will close at 6 p.m. Key Bank will close at 1 p.m. Sky Bank centers will close at 4 p.m., except for the Sky Bank center at Westfield Shoppingtown Franklin Park, which will close at 5 p.m.
Retail shopping centers and malls will close early Tuesday and Wednesday. Southwyck Shopping Center and Westgate Shopping Center will close at 5 p.m. Westfield Shoppingtown Franklin Park, North Towne Square mall, and Woodville Mall will close at 6 p.m. both days.
Columbia Gas' phone center will be closed Wednesday, available for emergencies only. Toledo Edison customer service will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday. On Wednesday, service will be available for emergencies only.
The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library and branches will close at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Wednesday.
There will be no mail delivery on Wednesday, no window services at the Main Post Office or any of the classified station or branches, and no collection of mail. Express Mail Service will be available on Wednesday, but the Bulk Mail Acceptance Unit will be closed.
Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses will operate on a holiday schedule Wednesday.
Regular Wednesday-through-Friday trash pickup will be delayed one day in Toledo and outlying areas.
Meter parking downtown will be free on Wednesday.
