The main Toledo-Lucas County Public Library downtown will be closed April 26 for repairs to the main power switch.
The power switch went out Wednesday, causing the historic section of the library to lose a third of its power, Chris Kozak, a library spokesman, said. The li|brary addition wasn't affected.
The main library will be open regular hours Monday through Friday, with reduced lighting and access to computers. Library officials suggest that patrons call ahead before planning to come to the main library in the evening.
All branch libraries will remain open, with full access to computers and services.
