Five new members of the Lucas County Children Services Board of Trustees recently began three-year terms.

They include:

  • Theresa Cluse-Tolar, chairman of the social work department at UT.

  • Elizabeth Flournoy, program director of managed care advocacy for Toledo Metropolitan Ministries.

  • Ken Roach, business representative of Local 8, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

  • Patty Etue-Stephens, a mental health and substance abuse therapist and clinician who is a guidance counselor in Washington Local schools.

All except Mr. Roach attended their first board meeting this week.
