The company plans to build the station and a 2,500-foot pipeline that would connect with a Columbia Gas of Ohio line already in the area. When built, the station, to be constructed near Meadowlark Park, would allow North Coast to enter the local natural-gas-supplier market.
In return, the company will pay the city $5,000 and install 30 feet of 36-inch sewer pipe in that area for the city's future use.
