FINDLAY — Two Findlay men were injured yesterday when their vehicle went off a Liberty Township road, struck a brick mailbox post, and rolled over.

According to the Hancock County sheriff's department, Jason Kingery, 23, was northbound on County Road 140 at 3:07 a.m. when he lost control of the vehicle, which slid off the right side of the road sideways.

Mr. Kingery and Gregory Philips, 22, were taken to Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center. Their conditions were unavailable yesterday.

Mr. Kingery was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to wear a seat belt, permitting a passenger to ride without a seat belt, and operation without reasonable control.
