ARCHBOLD, Ohio - Vying for an unexpired term on Village Council are two former councilmen and a candidate who was within two votes of winning a seat in November.
Council is to meet Tuesday with:
Bill Rufenacht, retired owner of Bill s Locker Room sports stores whose term expired last month. He had not sought re-election in November.
John Grieser, a councilman for 12 years in the 1980s and 1990s who is part owner of Grieser Interiors, Inc., in German Township.
Kenneth Cowell, an engineering technician with the Fulton County Sanitary Engineering Department. In the November election, he finished fourth of the five candidates running for three seats.
The term with two years left was vacated by James Wyse, who became mayor.
