DELPHOS, Ohio — A state grant for infrastructure work will help a local nursing home expand and add 19 jobs, state officials said.
The city of Delphos will receive $96,600 in community development block grant funds through the Ohio Department of Development. The money will be used to help Vancrest Health Care Centers install flood and drainage work.
Those improvements will allow the company to expand the Vancrest Nursing Home by 8,300 square feet. The $1.2 million project is expected to result in the addition of 14 beds at the center.
