Man killed by train in Findlay is identified

FINDLAY - The 20-year-old man struck and killed by a train Wednesday was identified yesterday by Findlay police as Jacob Allen Rizor of 522 Allen Ave., Findlay.

He was lying on the railroad tracks underneath the East Trenton Avenue overpass here when he was struck by a southbound CSX train at 4:19 a.m., according to police.
