PORT CLINTON - The Ottawa County Emergency Management Agency will test its outdoor siren system - 81 sirens in Ottawa County and six in Lucas County's Jerusalem Township - at noon today.
Sirens usually are tested at noon on the first Friday of the month. However, emergency management officials are sounding the sirens to test adjustments made recently at the Ottawa County sheriff's dispatcher center.
Siren failures should be reported to the emergency management center.
