WAUSEON - Members of the first-ever Fulton County Leadership class graduated last week after having participated in nine days of training since last September.
The continuing program, which is sponsored through the Ohio State University Extension Service, focuses on leadership workshops, community tours, and networking with community leaders.
Fulton County's leadership program was established after a steering committee formed in 1992 and established a mission statement for the offering.
Last summer, 11 residents were selected to participate in the first group.
