Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses will allow Toledo-Lucas County Public Library card holders to ride free from Waterville to the Maumee branch library while the Waterville branch is undergoing renovations.
Residents can catch the 29W bus in Waterville at the intersection of Second and South streets on weekdays at 9:40 a.m., 11:40 a.m., and 1:40 p.m. The bus stops on River Road in Maumee in front of the Maumee branch library.
To return, residents can catch the 29W bus in Maumee at Waite Avenue and River Road on weekdays at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m.
A library bookmobile will be stationed outside the Waterville branch on Saturday afternoons and Monday early evenings Sept. 11 to Dec. 18.
The Waterville branch library closed this week and is scheduled to reopen in early 2005 after a $1.1 million expansion project is finished.
