Trustees gave final approval to plans for the Emerald Lakes subdivision lst week.
The planned unit development is proposed for 56.6 acres south of Eckel Junction Road and east of State Rt. 199. Plans for the subdivision call for 184 single-family homes.
After some residents had complained about the subdivision being too dense, developers revised plans to add more open space.
