Black Road to be closed tomorrow for 4 days
Black Road will be closed to through traffic between Stitt and Waterville-Monclova roads for four days beginning tomorrow, the Lucas County Engineer s Office announced.
A culvert on Black Road is being replaced. No detour will be posted.
