2-vehicle collision claims Lenawee County woman

ADDISON, Mich. - An 88-year-old Rollin, Mich., woman died Monday after being involved in a two-vehicle accident in Rollin Township, Lenawee County sheriff's deputies said.

Goldie Moore was northbound on Rollin Highway at 1:35 p.m. and, after halting at a stop sign, collided with a truck driven by David Peters, 43, of Adrian, who was eastbound on Rome Highway, deputies said.

Ms. Moore was transported to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, where she was pronounced dead. Mr. Peters was not injured.

Deputies are continuing their investigation into the accident.
