BELLEVUE, Ohio - A Fremont firm submitted the apparent low bid for construction of a railroad overpass on State Rt. 269, the Ohio Department of Transportation said yesterday.
Moser Construction's bid of $4,257,347 was the lowest of six submitted to ODOT, and was more than $700,000 below the project estimate of $4.9 million, said Brian Stacy, a spokesman for the agency's District 3 office in Ashland.
