The blustery weather couldn't stop Jenn Eschedor from pulling Mauda Morris, 5, in a wagon through downtown Toledo as part of the annual March of Dimes Walk. Ms. Eschedor was walking yesterday to help increase awareness of fetal alcohol spectrum disorder.
