Two women and a girl were hurt last night when the car in which they were riding rolled over on northbound I-75 near State Rt. 582, the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
The mishap closed the interstate s northbound lanes for about an hour, troopers at the patrol s Walbridge post said.
Two of the victims, a woman and a girl, were taken by medical helicopter to Toledo Hospital. The other woman was taken to Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green. Their names were being withheld pending notification of relatives.
The car veered out of control about 9 p.m. in Wood County s Middleton Township, and the driver apparently overcorrected, troopers said. After the vehicle rolled over, the occupants were pinned in the wreckage for a time before being extricated, troopers said.
