FINDLAY Residents and landowners in Hancock County interested in hunting at Litzenberg Memorial Woods are invited to a lottery for hunting permits Aug. 4 at the farm park on U.S. 224, west of Findlay.
Doors to the activity barn will open at 6:30 p.m., and a mandatory informational meeting will be held at 7 p.m. After the meeting, the drawing will be held for 10 deer-gun permits, 10 deer-primitive weapon permits, 50 seasonal permits, and four trapping permits.
