A Reading, Mich., woman has died in Medical University of Ohio Medical Center after being hurt seriously Friday in a car-pickup truck accident at a Fulton County intersection near Lyons, Ohio, authorities said.
Her husband was killed in the accident.
Betty A. Tadsen, 83, a passenger in the car her husband was driving, died Sunday in the hospital. William H. Tadsen, 81, of Reading was pronounced dead at the accident scene in Royalton Township, the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
Mr. Tadsen was southbound on County Road 10-3 about 12:50 p.m. and failed to yield at a stop sign at U.S. 20. His car was hit by a truck driven by Nathan Andre, 47, of Wauseon, troopers said.
Mr. Andre and his son, Ross Andre, 9, a passenger in the truck, were treated at the Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon for minor injuries, troopers said.
