Kwest Development, as part of the jetty project, proposes to affect 2.36 acres of wetlands during construction of the boating access channel and wetland enhancement dykes. Donald E. Nielson of Marblehead proposes to enlarge an existing stone breakwater to provide partially sheltered access to Sandusky Bay. The project is located at 7404 Bayshore Rd. in Ottawa County. The proposed activities may result in a change in the bay s water quality conditions.
