NAPOLEON The Henry County commissioners agreed yesterday to let the county Health Department explore using a former pizza shop for an expanded dental clinic.
Steve Baden, president of the commissioners, said it s unclear how much space the Health Department would need in the old restaurant, which is in the former Oakwood Plaza shopping center owned by the county. At this point, we granted them permission to start exploring that, he said. We ve got to evaluate if the county has any other anticipated use for that space.
The department opened a three-chair dental facility a year ago, and officials hope to add three to six chairs by 2007.
