Tuna Noodle Casserole

1 6-ounce can tuna, drained

8 ounces noodles, cooked

according to package directions

cup milk

1 10 -ounce can condensed cream

of mushroom soup

cup fresh sliced mushrooms,

optional

cup shredded cheese for topping

Prepare noodles and drain. In 2-quart casserole dish, combine tuna, soup, and milk. Add sliced mushrooms and drained noodles and stir to fold in completely.

Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
