Rossford Public Library director resigns position

The director of the Rossford Public Library has resigned.

The library's board of trustees accepted the resignation of Marsha Wagner at their regular board meeting last week.

She had been the director for eight years. During her tenure, library patron circulation jumped by 40 percent, and children and family programming increased.

Michael French will serve as interim director until a replacement can be hired.

Mr. French is a former director who served the library from 1972 until 1998, when he retired.
