Toledo-Florida route gets 3 more flights

Allegiant Air has added flights on three Saturdays to its Toledo-Sanford, Fla., route during the height of spring break season.

The midmorning departures on March 31, April 7, and April 14 will provide a fifth day of service between Toledo Express Airport and Sanford, near Orlando, Fla., during those weeks.

Allegiant is flying the route four days a week during the remainder of March, and two days a week after April 14.

The Saturday flights will originate in Sanford at 8:05 a.m. each trip, arriving in Toledo at

10:35, and then departing back to Florida at 11:10 a.m.

Arrival in Sanford is scheduled for 1:35 p.m.
