The Blade s Road Warrior advises readers each Friday where the biggest driving headaches will be throughout the construction season. He ll tell you the locations
to avoid and the detours to take.
The Ohio Department of Transportation advises that mowing and stripe-painting crews will be out on highways throughout the Toledo area during the coming weeks.
Mowing generally does not require any lane closings, but motorists should be alert to flag zones where painting is under way. No road-by-road schedule for painting has been released because the work is weather-dependent.
