Felonious assault

Paul Black, 9500 block of Bay Creek, suspect and victim were arguing, suspect punched victim, and both fought. Suspect then went and got a baseball bat and began hitting victim on head and chest about 12 a.m. June 24. Victim sustained injuries to eye and face, treated at hospital. (not on map)

Robert Webber, Apple Creek, suspect met with victim to purchase some video games, then suspect told victim to give him cellular phone and money in the Stickney and Gibson area. Victim refused, suspect then grabbed video games and fled about 8:30 a.m. June 19.
