Velocity also has requested that 41 acres at the northwest corner of Thompson and Neiderhouse roads be rezoned from R-1 and R-2 to R-1 and R-3. It also wants to rezone from agricultural to R-3 residential another 41-acre parcel on the north side of Neiderhouse, a half mile north of Roachton.
All three applications state that the company wants to build single-family residential subdivisions on the properties.
The commission, which makes recommendations to the township, meets at 5:30 p.m. on the fifth floor of the County Office Building in the courthouse complex.
