ARCADIA, Ohio A railroad crossing on Main Street will receive new warning lights and gates within a year under the terms of an order state officials issued yesterday to Norfolk Southern.
The railroad must provide a site plan and cost estimate to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio by Jan. 10, then complete construction during the following nine months. The warning devices and their installation will be federally funded, after which the railroad will pay for maintenance.
