Tangy Orange Ham Glaze

cup honey Dijon mustard

cup orange marmalade or apricot jam

teaspoon ginger, optional

Combine all ingredients. Brush mixture on ham frequently during the last 30 minutes of baking. Serve extra glaze for dipping.

Yield: 1 cup (enough for 10 to 15 pound ham)
