Water main break snags traffic in South Toledo

Traffic at Anthony Wayne Trail and Western Avenue in South Toledo was snagged early Thursday after a water main break overnight partially flooded the intersection, authorities said.
The water main break occurred about 2:30 a.m. near the intersection, according to the Toledo Fire Department.
