Lucas County homeowners who wish to challenge their property values as listed at the auditor's office must do so before a March 31 deadline, according to Auditor Anita Lopez.
Homeowners must complete and file a board of revision form before the deadline.
For one-on-one assistance in completing the form, property owners can attend one of 23 help clinics throughout the county.
Forms also must be signed and notarized. There will be a notary at all help clinics as well as at the auditor's office. Once a complaint has been filed, home owners will receive a hearing notification.
A complete schedule of help clinics and property values are available on the auditor's Web site, www.co.lucas.oh.us.
