City offices in Toledo, Sylvania, Perrysburg, Northwood, and Ottawa Hills are closed today in observance of Presidents Day. City offices in Maumee, Oregon, and Rossford are open, but Maumee and Oregon municipal courts are closed.
State and federal offices are closed, as are most Lucas County offices, including auto title offices. Call licensing agencies for their hours. A list of select services follows:
Banks, financial institutions, and banking centers are closed, except for State Bank & Trust in Perrysburg, which is open regular hours. Charter One in-store banking centers are open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fifth Third Bank Mart locations in Kroger stores are open regular hours. Shopping centers and malls are open regular hours.
There are no classes at public and parochial schools. Colleges and universities have regular classes except Davis College, which is open but with no classes.
The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library and branches are open.
No delivery nor window service at the Main Post Office, classified stations, or branches. Afternoon mail collection is limited. The Bulk Mail Acceptance Unit is open from noon to 6 p.m. for customers with money on account. Express Mail service is available from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
TARTA buses are operating on a regular schedule..
There is regular trash collection in Toledo and outlying areas except Ottawa Hills, which will have Monday-Tuesday garbage pickup delayed to Tuesday-Wednesday.
