SANDUSKY The Plum Brook Station of the NASA Glenn Research Center will have a public open house from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Visitors can tour the Space Power Facility, where research is done on projects involving a Mars rover, the International space station, and new rockets.
The open house also will include a tour of the station s vacuum chamber the largest in the world.
The event is part of the NASA s year-long celebration of the 50th anniversary of its founding. Admission is free.
