Chicken Saute with Balsamic-Thyme Sauce

Chicken Saute ingredients (see recipe above)

cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

teaspoon dried thyme

cup chopped green onions

Chopped flat leaf parsley

Saute chicken as directed above; transfer chicken to platter. Add chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, and thyme to drippings in skillet. Cover over medium-high heat until reduced by half. Return chicken to pan; season with salt and pepper. Add cup chopped onions. Cook until heated through. Serve chicken topped with sauce and parsley.

Yield: 4 servings
