Iced Coffee Mocha

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

2 parts brewed espresso

1 part cold milk

Ice cubes

1 part foamed milk

Grated semi-sweet chocolate, for garnish

Cook s note: If you don t have a milk steamer to make the foamed milk, a wand mixer inserted into the hot milk works. If you don t have either, pour a little hot milk into a bottle and shake well.

Pour chocolate syrup into a glass. Place espresso, milk, and ice in a shaker and shake well. Strain coffee into the glass. Add the milk foam on top and garnish with grated chocolate.

Yield: 1 serving
