Rob Robinson has stepped down as board chairman for the Lucas County Improvement Corp.
In a letter to Matt Sapara, director of the LCIC, Mr. Robinson said he was following the advice of counsel for his company, IP Dynamics LLC.
Mr. Robinson said his work as CEO of the intellectual property development firm could conflict with his role as board chairman of the LCIC, which handles economic development for the county.
Mr. Robinson was appointed board chairman in January.
