A bicyclist was hurt seriously last night when he was struck along Stickney Avenue by a car that fled, police said.

Terry Chorzempa, 51, whose address was unavailable, was taken to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Mr. Chorzempa was riding north near Toledo Fire Station 19 at 4257 Stickney about 7:45 p.m. when he was struck. A firefighter gave police the car's license plate number.

The car was found at the home of Robert Jasper, 59, of 3711 Watson Ave., who was cited for reckless operation and leaving the scene of an injury accident.
