Liberty Center library aims to raise $500,000
LIBERTY CENTER, Ohio The Liberty Center Public Library board today will kick off a capital campaign intended to raise $500,000 over five years to improve library facilities in this northern Henry County village.
The library board s priorities include additional computers, books, and digital video disks; local history and genealogy research materials and space; a larger meeting room; quiet study space, and space for use by older youths.
Library volunteers will offer library tours during Liberty Center s Fall Festival this weekend and be available to speak with the public about plans for completing the areas of the library left unfinished after the building was expanded 10 years ago.
