Flower makes use of iPads

The iPad tablet has become a high-tech teacher for therapists at Flower Hospital’s Rehabilitation Center. The touch-screen device is worked into therapy sessions, helping patients' gross and fine motor skills, as well as connect and converse with family members. The therapists use applications that allow patients to identify numbers and letters, type words while speaking them, and practice hand and eye coordination.
