Waterline construction to limit traffic on Summit

Waterline construction will restrict Summit Street to one lane in each direction near Riverside Mercy Hospital for four days starting this morning, the city transportation division said yesterday.

At 9 a.m. today, lanes will be closed between Bush and Mulberry streets to permit construction work at Magnolia Street. All lanes are scheduled to reopen by Friday evening.
