Few details were available about the pact that was negotiated between the milling company and the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers, and Grain Millers International Union Local 58G. Union members had been holding out for several items, including less expensive health-care coverage.
Both sides returned to the bargaining table Monday, after employees had rejected the company's third offer Dec. 12.
