Woman wants murder case files expunged

Kimberly Anderson, 38, was acquitted in Defiance following a trial by jury. Her case had been moved earlier from her hometown, where she was charged with aggravated murder, murder, and voluntary murder in the shooting death of Brent Anderson, 37, who was an attorney in Celina.

Ms. Anderson admitted she shot him to death. During her trial, Ms. Anderson took the stand and testified that the shooting was a matter of self-defense.
